Microsoft has released a brand new major update for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This is the tenth major update, and it adds support for Nvidia DLSS and includes DX12 improvements. The DirectX 12 support is still in development and may cause performance hiccups.

Furthermore, this patch adds DLSS support. Support for DLSS 3 will arrive in another patch in the future. Aside from that, the update also fixes a handful of troubling issues. Microsoft Flight Simulator’s tenth major update is already available for download through Steam and Microsoft store.

If you are playing on PC, some packages in your community folder may not have been updated and, as a result, may have an unexpected impact on the title’s performance and behaviour. Please move your community package(s) to another folder before relaunching the title if you suffer from stability issues or long loading times.
