HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Crews were working Thursday evening to repair a gas leak on Big Bend Road under I-75 in Hillsborough County.
TECO was bringing in equipment to fix the broken lines.
As of 6 p.m., Big Bend Road was temporarily closed, and drivers couldn't use Exit 246 to get from I-75 onto Big Bend.
An FDOT camera showed a backup on I-75.
There was no indication of any injuries or evacuations, just rush hour traffic headaches.
