Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors celebrates a three pointer against the Boston Celtics during the third quarter in Game Six of the 2022 NBA Finals at TD Garden on June 16, 2022.

Steph Curry has been unusually demonstrative in Boston during these NBA Finals, and he broke out what may have been his most audacious celebration yet on Thursday night in Game 6.

With the Warriors beating the brakes off the Celtics, Curry hit a 30-foot bomb in rhythm, his fifth trey of the night. That gave the Dubs a 22-point lead in the third quarter, and was good enough for Curry to start thinking title time.

With the Warriors up 72-50 halfway through the third quarter, Curry pointed to his ring finger and then ran over to Celtics fans on the baseline to briefly mock them with fake disbelief.

On the precipice of his first Finals MVP, Curry has given it to the notorious Boston fans this series. Early in a nuclear Game 4 performance, he was screaming at the stands and seemingly saying TD Garden was his house. Then, in an impossibly stupid back-and-forth with a Boston sports bar, he showed up at his post-Game 5 press conference wearing an "AYESHA CURRY CAN COOK" shirt.

Curry has relished the hatred. "I’m the petty king," he said Wednesday. "So I know all about everything, and I use it as entertainment and have fun with it."
